• The City of Amsterdam has forced us to shut down our meeting offerings at this location.
    We are currently looking for a new venue. In the meantime you can always email us (info@amstelmeetings.com) or call (020-261 58 89).
    This way you can also enjoy your meeting on the water as many like you did before.


Quotations can only lead to final bookings. After payment of the quotation, the reservation becomes final. Payment of the remaining (with any possible post-calculation) needs to be in our account within 14 days of the meeting.


We do not accept liability for loss, injury, or damage incurred by clients during the meeting. Our insurance doesn’t cover the contents of the meetingroom.

In the event of force majeure, the maximum compensation Amstel Meetings can offer is the amount paid for the space.


The meeting can be canceled free of charge up to 3 weeks before the start (minus administration costs of 50 Euro).

Between 3 weeks and 1 week before the start, 50% of the agreed total amount will be charged.

No refund if the cancellation is made within 6 days before the meeting.

No refund if the booked meeting is shortened.

Chamber of Commerce

AMSTEL Meetings is registered with the Chamber of Commerce Amsterdam under number 69848661. We pay VAT and other forms of tax.


We appreciate your trust. Therefore, we will do everything in our power to treat personal and privacy sensitive information with respect. We use standards in accordance with the AVG guidelines


No pets are allowed inside the boat or on our premises.


AMSTEL Meetings is a non-smoking establishment. If there has been people smoking inside, the costs for professional / specialist cleaning will be charged to you.

Of course you can smoke outside.
